The A-Team #1-#3 (Marvel Comics, 1984)

Being a long-time fan of Mr. T, it should come as no surprise that I actually own this little oddity from the 1980s...

Man, those issues bring back memories... and are sadly the best of the many attempts at comics that star Mr. T. :)

I don't know...I was always partial to "Mr. T and the T Force", where he fought crime with a video camera....which after I read what I just wrote, makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

T-Force was a bit too EXTREME AFTER SCHOOL SPECIAL for my liking. I like some really offbeat stuff, but... wow, that one was just WAY out there. It's like if the Image guys decided to make badly-informed edutainment.

Oh, trust me....yer talkin' to a guy who owns a copy of "Mr. T's Be Somebody...or Be Somebody's Fool". I find the very idea of Mr. T trying to be inspirational and in an after school special type environment to be chock full of unintentional humor value. At least these things don't read like the comic books former WWF wrestling superstar Jim "Ultimate Warrior" Hellwig produced and alledged were part of inspirational works...because, well...Warrior's kinda...well...batshit insane.

I had been researching about Capcom and Marvel characters, that way I encountered your blog.
I think that The A-Team #1-#3 (Marvel Comics, 1984) is also great!
